Week 6 of Ironman Training. April 9, 2015. T-Minus 32 weeks and counting…. It seems like we have a very long time to train for this race, but the way the weeks have been ticking by it will be here before you know it. Plan – Rest Day, PT. Actual – Rest Day, PT. It seems like my shoulder/back muscles are getting stronger because I am able to do most of my exercises without a lot of breaks in-between. Plan – Run 5.5 miles. Actual – Run 5.5 miles (workout w/ warm-up and cool down). Plan – Weights, Swim.

I didn't set an alarm, had nowhere to be, and loved every second of it. We took the time to make ourselves a homemade breakfast (at noon) and meandered over to the pool for the afternoon.
