Anyway, I'm looking forward to a little vacation. There's something very satisfying and liberating about road trips. Even when I'm by myself I really relish the sensation of zipping through space surrounded by amazing scenery and being able to let my mind flit around to different subjects. We retired to the nunnery after supper which was kind of cool in an old, musty and slightly creepy way. Jen and I slept on a single bed that was barely large enough to fit Danny Devito. In the morning we hopped inside Pru's high tech shower (not all together). It had knobs, levers and buttons for everything. There was even a button to teleport yourself to another location. We woke up on Wednesday, had a quick breakfast of toast and Weet-Bix. In America, the perp probably would have been slide-tackled or wrestled. The castle itself was pretty cool. They did try cater to tourists though by fabricating a "haunted room" where the 2nd wife died. I still feel that way, but after having visited for the second time last night to celebrate East of Borneos first year as a magazine, I now have a slightly different take on things. Im a fat ass.). Jan 22nd, 2012. Fish Tacos from Ricky's Fish Tacos! 1400 N Virgil Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90027. Upon approaching we were met by a genial man with a fancy moustache and stylish hat. Must be Ricky, I thought. We ordered two fish tacos a piece and he gently encouraged we try the Spinach and Cucumber agua fresca. We reluctantly agreed and he ladled the toxic green concoction into two plastic cups. It was surprisingly delicious and refreshing. A perfect beverage for this warm, winters day. Posted at 07:17 pm.
