After lunch we head to the Higgins museum and there is a line out the door, down the block and around the corner. . Not doing it. We head into Boston. I decide to drive and have an EPIC FAIL getting in town. I missed a turn and was suddenly back on the Pike heading out of Boston. Sigh. New plan! Then walked over to the Children's Museum.

We went down to Tarah and Ken's house today to celebrate Addy's 5th birthday. The main event of the day was a slip and slide that we set up down a little hill in their back yard. The pics are priceless. Torin was not so sure about this contraption. Poor Addy skinned her knee and was reluctant to try again after this run.

Friday, September 24, 2010. Exterior painting in the works! I'm psyched to report that we'll be getting a contract soon for the exterior paint job! Our contractor was here with his painter to look around and we got a preliminary estimate which we agreed with and he's writing up the paper work! Soon, I will get to pick colors :) That's the best part, right? I can't wait to have our house looking nice from the outside. I will post more info and colors as things get going. Sunday, May 6, 2012. We have a shower! It will have curved doors too, but that's later. We also have all the rough electrical done, including new sconces in the family room! This house is in dire need of hardwired lighting! I'm very excited we were able to tag that project into this one.
