Thursday, May 29, 2008. On Thursday morning we hopped on the train to. Which is mid-way between. We weren’t originally planning on stopping here, so we didn’t have anything planned except for a last-minute hotel we booked. Wednesday, November 11, 2009. I've watched The Biggest Loser on and off in past seasons. For some reason it just never made it into my regular scheduled programming. But this season, I actually started watching at the beginning and I've been totally addicted. It's so motivating and inspiring to see the change in these people. Two things that bug me about the show. 1. When did Jillian and Bob become therapists in addition to trainers? 2 Could they be more obvious and cheesy about the sponsors of the week?

Wednesday, December 31, 2008. HO, HO, HO! We celebrated Christmas in our usual, Jew fashion. food and movies! Last year started the Gourley-Glazer tradition of IHOP for breakfast / brunch, followed by going to a movie. It's what Jews do best on this holiday! And what else is there to do anyway - everything is closed. So, we got up leisurely on Thursday morning, showered, and met the Glazer bunch at IHOP. The movie was really cute, happy and sad, and sweet. A good choice for a family flick. But bummer....

Wednesday, November 19, 2008. A few weeks ago mom took Mia to a great park in Houston to take some pictures. We now have a new photographer in the family - she did such a great job, and just like the Princess she is, Mia posed and smiled and "cheesed" like a pro! Here are a few of my favorites, but when I say there are a TON to chose from, I'm not kidding. Monday, June 29, 2009. Madelyn's having a BLAST at camp! I'm back at work today and it has been incredibly hard to concentrate and get anything done. Sunday, February 1, 2009. Claire and Jeff visit the Motherland. Claire and Jeff came to visit us on a last minute trip - and were even able to get visas in a 24 hour period! We have never heard of that in our entire stay over here - must have something to do with the Swiss. They chose the coldest weekend we have experienced in our 2 winters - it never got above 20 degrees F and hovered around 0-10 most of the time! But, they got a beautifully sunny weekend and to experience true Russia!
