Wednesday, January 08, 2014. What Do You Do When You're Snowed In? We were snowed in for a few days this week, and it didn't take us to long to decide it was a good time to make Snow Cream! Experimented with a few recipes and decided we liked this one best. 1 gallon bitter cold snow. 2-3 cups of milk. 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 cups of sugar. 1 tablespoon of Mexican vanilla*. As your daughter I have seen some of the struggles you have been through. but I am sure I haven't seen all of them. You have put up with me for 16 years, and that right there is no small accomplishment! Seriously though, you have been so much to me (and all the other kids), I wish there was someway to pay it all back. I am very glad you did though! I Love you, and Happy Birthday!
