Our Shaw Family Blog. Our blog about our family and random thoughts on life. Monday, March 29, 2010. Sarah - 2 Months. Sarah is 2 months old today! She has been growing steadily, although she's still quite small. We won't have an official weight till next week, but when we put her on our scale at the house, she's 9 pounds. We took more pictures on the rocker with her "2" block. Of course you know she wasn't calm for the whole shoot, but we got some good shots. Does this look familiar? Posted by Beth Shaw.

Our Shaw Family Blog. Our blog about our family and random thoughts on life. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Sarah - 5 Months. Can you believe Sarah is 5 months old! Time really does fly! This month has been FANTASTIC! Mainly because Sarah has been sleeping through the night very consistently. She goes to bed at 8pm and sometimes wakes around 6am, but often sleeps till 7 or 8! She is drooling and biting everything. She likes when we just rub her gums with our fingers or put a cold teething toy in her mouth.

This was the halfway point for Mike's cross county bike trip, at this point he has traveled just over 20 miles from his house to ours, only to return that same day. Man he must have been tied. Sunday, March 23, 2008. Here is the best dog ever "Socks" she says "HI" to Charis and Ilana. Mike and Megan say Hi to the Coxes in Cambodia. Charis and Ilana here is Uncle Josh and Cocoa. Saturday, March 22, 2008. Lou Lou is trying out Charis new swing. Finally a rather strong wind storm blew the door off of one of our out buildings and blew the the flag pole down . So Bill was able to find a used flagpole and he put it up today . There is a lot of work to be done before every thing leafs out....Here ...

Saturday, June 20, 2009. These are our local kids. We are proud of them all! Look who's waiting to see Charis, Ilana and Tova. Hey its our grandkids! Aren't they cute. We can't wait to see them on Saturday June 27. What are those kids up to in Cambodia? Frogs on the Pool. Well this spring we encountered frogs on the pool. There were several frogs, this is the only one we got a closeup of. Don't worry there are no frogs on the pool now. Well here is the new pool deck that I have been working on this spring.

Our Shaw Family Blog. Our blog about our family and random thoughts on life. Saturday, January 1, 2011. Sarah - 11 Months. Sarah got a ton of toys for Christmas! We had both sets of our parents over on Christmas morning and attempted to get her to open them, but mostly we opened them for her. Sarah said "Da Da" and "Ut-oh" early this month, knowing what they mean! Sarah took her first steps this month! She isn't walking for the majority of the time, but it's a start. She made the best face.

Sunday, November 30, 2008. Pray, Pray, and more Prayer! Our missionary son, daughter-in-law and grandgirls are stuck in Thailand due to some political unrest. We are praying that they will be able to continue their trip back to Cambodia. Please pray with us for safe journey, health, warmth, timing and protection. Dan and Tawnny's Wedding Reception. The reception was really good. It took place at Chapelgate Church. There was good food and plenty of people attended. Mom"s 80 th Birthday Party.
