So its the ritual for every Catholic second grader.First Communion. Brady successfully completed his requirements (think lots of memorizing of prayers and the ten commandments) and was able to have his First Communion on May Day. Monday, December 20, 2010. In a season of busy-ness.its always fun to try to squeeze in some crafts. The Kane girls were in town this weekend and I took this craft over to the kid's grandma's house to fill some time. Its really easy! I finally figured out half way through the night that I was not just happy that it was Jonah's special day and he was having such a fun time. Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Here is what we have been up to. Friday morning was the end of the year 3rd grade awards assembly at the girl's school. Annelise received 2 great awards. She got an award for making honor roll all 4 quarters and she got Art Student of the Year! Jonah learned to smile for the camera. I had a date with a great friend. Great company, sushi, and a movie.does it get much better? Due to rain we didn't have as much fun at the pool as we hoped. But we do have all summer to make up for it!

Right Where I Belong. Sunday, May 12, 2013. April was pretty uneventful. We had Easter, I ran and it snowed. It was cold through a lot the month, as winter seemed to never end. April was the last month of training before the Lincoln Half marathon on May 5th, so I got a lot of running in and my nerves were starting to pick up. The Boston Marathon Bombings also happened this month, so there were several benefit runs for that, which I enjoyed with friends, despite the reason behind it.
