It’s Thanksgiving and I’m so excited to spend time with family and stuff my face with decadent foods. Holidays plus eating, what’s not to love? I have been doing low card for two weeks and I’m so ready for all the goods I’ve so missed. I even had a salad at our work feast to be able to cheat on Thanksgiving Day. Happy Turkey Day Guys. Musings on a life inspired by art, faith and family. What is “MCM”? What is “MCM”? I decided to call my blog my MCM life. My life is a mix of modern 2010s luxury, technology and design; AND 1950s values, relics and design. Half of my belongings are from IKEA, Target, Old Navy and Apple. The other half are from yard sales, salvage yards, thrift stores, estate sales and off the side of the road in a bad part of town. I like it that way. That’s my mid-century modern life. The best that I can describe it.
