Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Beautiful Washington D.C. Over Labor Day, I travelled to D.C. for my oldest Davis cousin Erin’s wedding. It was a great trip, filled with lots of family and fun! 160; We spent a day touring D.C. which was a blast. My favorite part of D.C. was being able to see the National Archives. Looking at the Constitution and Declaration of Independence was unreal! Stacey, Lindsay and I at the wedding eve BBQ. The Davis cousins who attended the wedding. In front of the White House.

Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Possibly our last seminary banquet. Last Friday, we attended the seminary’s annual banquet at the Ronald Reagan Library. They were celebrating the seminary’s 25th anniversary so it was a big celebration. The food was so delicious and the fellowship was even better. 160; Here are a few pictures of the night and my growing belly! Ken and I outside the library. 6 months pregnant :). The beautiful rolling hills in Simi Valley. Me with my amazing Sem Wives leader, Missy. A (short) ...

Friday, December 3, 2010. I had a friend over one night, and after we were done meeting I went to find Ken and found him irresistibly cute reading like this in our spare room. 160; Of course I ran for the camera! 160; Here he was reading a book on Spirit Baptism for one of his papers. Speaking of school work, he only has 2 more weeks of his Master’s of Divinity, yay! My belly is growing bigger every day! 160; Here are a few recent pictures of my baby bump. 12 weeks with a new hair cut. We have our small...

Friday, February 12, 2010. Yahweh provided a reliable car for us and allowed us to trade our Ford Focus in this weekend. It was a bittersweet parting for me. I honestly had no idea it would be so hard to say goodbye to my car! 160; I had tears in my eyes as I cleaned my car out to trade it in, thinking of all the memories of the last 7 years in it and how my Dad got it for me. That little Ford served us well, and we are so thankful to God for His gracious provision of another car. 160; It has been so ...

The Stiles Family: October 2009

Sunday, October 18, 2009. We've had a pretty low-key October, which has been nice. This past weekend we were able to spend some time with the Rodriguez family, who we just love and cherish! The Navy paying for every penny of our move (from the moving truck to hotels and food). Using the G.I. Bill to pay for tuition and more. My wonderful job as a nanny which provides for our needs and gives me invaluable experience caring for young children. An apartment we could afford. My precious friend Melody and me.

The Stiles Family: 3 months!
http://kenandjaymestiles.blogspot.com/2011/09/3-months.html
Thursday, September 22, 2011. Owen hit 3 months and just really took off developmentally. He holds his head up really well, can lift his head up while on his tummy, likes to sit up, and is very close to rolling! We never find him in the same position we laid him in his crib. What a joy it is to be his parents! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What Jayme is Reading. Shepherding a Child's Heart by Tedd Tripp. The Fruit of Her Hands by Nancy Wilson. What Ken is Reading. Many Many Many books for seminary!

Thursday, September 22, 2011. A 6 Month Update! Well, it has officially been 6 months since my last post. I was ready to give up on blogging due to lack of time and the fact that too much has happened in 6 months to catch up on, but my father in law encouraged me to continue :).
