An update on my corner of the world. I'm almost done with one. Wednesday, April 4, 2018. This HAS to be completed today and HAS to find a new home in the garage. One thing that is. A quick finish is the chalkboard but I'm finding ways to keep going with it. Yesterday I pulled out the chalk pastels, hoping they will last on the chalkboard, and kept on doodling. This doesn't surprise me. Oh well, it'll all be over soon and then I'll find something else to work on or stress over. I was running wedding.

Monday, June 15, 2015. I've been running around. Part of my running around today was trying to find something to wear to the luau. If there's anyone whose wardrobe is anything but luau friendly, it's me. I've got you covered for fall but a luau? Not so much. I found a few things at JCPenney and this is the brightest group of clothes I've worn since. probably since the 80's when everything had to be florescent. And just because it's a luau for Mom's birthday, I even picked one shirt that's pink.

Friday, August 7, 2015. I went to brazoria. Yesterday. Mom was supposed to leave and I had to run a few water hoses by so she could get them hooked up. Anyway, while she was trying to finish up her work outside, I was. Standing around. She was messing with one water hose and a dragonfly landed on a yard art thing she has. It stuck around for a while, even with us moving all around. Here are a couple of pictures I got. (Also, I had to run inside to get my phone and he was still there.). March photo a day.

Monday, July 23, 2012. We started dieting at the office? Yeah, that didn't last long. Now it's my bf and me. We're on the keto diet. I've been eating a lot of eggs lately. So, in honor of a couple of my favorite foods (eggs and bacon - jeezus, I love breakfast), here are a couple of things I like to cook. I line a cookie sheet with foil and lay the bacon out on it. No need for a rack. Keep the fat. Put it in a cold oven and then turn it to 400 (F). Let it bake for 15-20 minutes. Links to this post.
