Albert Bandura is given credit for initiating this theory originally in the 1960s. Teachers must take a responsibility for total student education not just in academics but also for social and behavioural issues. I was feeling a bit ordinary after my prac – it was a good result on the report but there were definitely “miscommunication issues” that kept it from being an enjoyable experience on many occasions and Lisa’s comment made me feel much less alone.
