Sorry I had a death in my family. I am back now! Death is so not for me. I use to be so afraid of death when I was younger. Now I have peace with it. It is part of life. New and old. God rest the soul of Aunt Lucy. We have been busy at the spa this week. We started our yoga 101 and beginners series! Day 4 and 5.

We are having a packed yoga class as I write! Did you know if more people did yoga the world would be a better place. Meditation is a very important for you and everyone else.
