Monday, April 01, 2013. 其實也沒什麼特別，復活節的日子年年不同，剛好今天是4月1日而已，兩個節日相遇，不知多久會有一次？ 十年前的今天，哥哥走了，只留下無數精彩的作品。想當時，一開始大家真以為新聞是惡作劇。 Google和youtube都有愚人節禮物送給大家。一個是嗅覺搜索程式，一個出了條影片說會關閉十年。 下午在噴水池邊坐坐，感受一下這幾天來難得好一點點的天氣，旁邊的兩個女孩子，低聲商議一會，鼓起勇氣打出一通電話，喂，其實我鍾意咗你好耐喇，靜了一會，她才爆笑說，愚人節快樂。多好的機會，不過，不知接電話那個會不會又玩玩惡作劇？ 一年瘋狂一天，也當減減壓，輕鬆一下，各位，復活節快樂！愚人節快樂！ Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sunday, December 18, 2011. 一年之中,最後一個月份.十二月有聖誕節,十二月有冬至,冬天到了.現在是十二月中,最近才剛感受到冬天的温度,可以享受冬日的陽光和藍天,還有慢慢變紅的葉子. 只是冷過幾天又回暖,大自然的秩序都混亂了.花草樹木以為天氣還沒冷下去,都爭著出新葉,開花.看到秋冬盛放的花,竟也有春天才開花的杜鵑和春花.落葉樹還沒掉葉子,鳳凰木還開了零星幾朵紅花,感受不到冬天. 一年將過,新一年又來了,無聲無息,不知不覺又過一年.走到街上商場裡,才感受到十二月的氣氛,都是賣東西的宣傳,鋪天蓋地,聖誕大特價,聖誕自助餐,聖誕假期,聖誕燈飾.也好,找個機會慶祝一番,和身邊的家人朋友一起,心裡踏實許多,生活在十二月才有點不一樣. Aug 14, 2013. 上週六跟好友聚會，主人家不會煮東西，所以一如以往都是火鍋(打邊爐)，不過我這次負起煲湯及糖水的重任。 我早已跟他們說會做一個杏汁瘦肉湯，所以我先在家中先處理好杏汁，簡單的拿了好幾款藥材，其他的材料就到朋友家附近的超市買。當幾個朋友到齊時，湯已經煲好。我簡單吃了一點，又起身去準備做糖水。 至於腐竹白果糖水是臨時想做，紅豆沙我做過好幾次，但腐竹白果糖水真的未曾做過，做這一煲糖水時真的有點兒戰戰兢兢的，生怕過程中間有什麼差錯，把整煲糖水搞垮。忙了差不多半小時，總算把糖水煲好。 朋友品嚐過我做的湯及糖水都很滿意，我倒真的鬆了一口氣。認識了他們十多年，但又未曾煮過什麼東西給他們吃，這次總算是露了一手，哈哈。 如果那天早上不是遲了起床，我應該夠時間去買材料做一款潮州炒魚麵，留待下一次吧，反正臨別時，他們已經定好下一次我要做楊枝甘露糖水。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
