Because India is very large country and going to so many places and asking people for their opinion will take so much time and opinion of people may change with time also people from different regions will have different opinions so the researcher can not avoid any region. The solution for this can be the researcher may appoint research assistats from all regions and give them appropriate training as to how is the information to be collected.

Sunday, April 1, 2007. GO measure practical economy. I am not sure about this but still,. Goal Orientation: Any research has a defined goal and depending on that goal it has specified objectives. So the sample should be designed in such a way that it is relevant to the goal and objectives. Mesurability: The sample size should be managable to the researcher. It should not be too large to access or not too small that the results will not be generalisable. What you've written about other criteria is fine.
