Adventures in the Life of Mia and Eli. Friday, August 7, 2009. Our little Texan ;). Mia is a Texan ;). We went out to eat for my Mom's birthday and while we were at the restaurant Mia pointed to the wall and said, "Texas". We all looked to where she was pointing and on the wall was a picture of the state of Texas! We were all very impressed and proud! Mia can also recognize Africa (thanks to Baby Einstein). Way to go Baby! She can look at a globe, point to Africa and say, "Africa". Mandy and lil Brandon.

Sunday, June 5, 2011. Pumpkin Patch - Oct 2010. For a little family outing, Kory and I took Hannah to The Big Orange Pumpkin Patch in Celina, TX. Besides lots of pumpkins, they had farm animals to see and feed, and a hay ride! The weather was beautiful and it was a sweet time for the 3 of us to treasure before the baby arrived. It was definitely a place for family fun in the autumn so I think we will be heading back for the festivities in the fall of 2011! Enjoying the hay ride! Enjoying the view :).
