Friday, 26 October 2007. While Owen has sadly had to go to the USA on hols to see Micky and friends, i am left with the joy of planning some of the details of our tec fairs! And they are coming on a treat! We've managed to get youth workers, businesses, volunteers, trainees and more to come along to support the events! I cant wait now, i think that they are going to be a great start at trying some new things out! Monday 19th November 4-7pm. Seven Sisters Community Centre. Thursday 22nd November 4-6pm.

Thursday, 6 December 2007. A lack of blogging? What has been happening? I thought that i should put things right with a new post! I'm hoping that everybody has put their chrimbo decs up! There seems at be a lack of them at the arc at the moment but i'm thinking of smuggling some in tomorrow! Just 2 weeks to go! With the holidays over and no more chocolate to eat i'm looking forward to what 2008 has in store. last year had its highs and lows and proved to be a great success for the DCN! And this year promises to be filled with lots of the same action! The project has some amazing volunteers that work hard to provide a brill service in our pc surgeries! Wednesday, 29 August 2007. I'm finally back in work after my week off camping (in the rain and lots and lots of mud! And it's got to be said.its so nice to be back! Camping really isnt my thing! Monday was a good day 2day! 1st we managed to get the Driver 4 the ammanford server and 2ndly we managed to help a user get bk on the web in glynneath! The latter sounds easy but this has been a long outstanding problem 4 a month now and we finally did it! Didnt take us a month but it was a tough cookie to crack). Tuesday, April 24, 2007. Been a busy bee 2day! 1st was the dentist! Not a nice experience.I'm a bit of a freak 4 sum reason i have 2 teeth at the back of my gob that only have 1 root ( not the usual 2 or 3) so i have 2 go bk again next week 2 get them sorted! Strange cos they aint giving me pain but Mr.Dentist said i need them done.(im sure im getting ripped off) :). Nyway after that I spent all day in Tairgwaith and Ammanford! Wednesday, January 30, 2008. The UK's first "fibre town" could go online in the autumn, delivering speeds of about 100Mbps (megabits per second) to consumers' homes. Beats the 2 meg available in Glynneath at the mo! Question I'm asking is when will we be getting it!
