Friday, June 24, 2011. Good Food and Great Friends. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Life has been very full! After graduating college, I am working at Nordstrom while also working at David and Sam PR (a PR firm in Phoenix). Drew and I rarely get to see eachother, so when we do we have to make them count. After 4 long years of writing papers, doing homework, and staying in every weekend studying (alright, maybe that isn't how the last part went) I'm happy to say that I graduated college! It feels like I just started at ASU as a little freshman walking on a HUGE campus thinking oh crap where are my classes? About to accept my diploma.I was so nervous! I love the spring- it's full of flowers, bright colors, and 2 amazing holiday's, Easter and Mother's Day! This was the first Mother's Day that my sister was actually a Mom so it was extra special. Life has been Busy w/ a capital B. However, I tried a new recipe from Ms. Stewart. Herself. It’s our new favorite and I had to share it! 2 pints grape tomatoes (here I used 1 pint b/c Sean isn’t big into tomatoes). 2 tablespoons olive oil.
