Good advice from an old friend.thanks Reb =). I've done a lot of thinking lately on who I am, and why I'm always sick/stressed out, and so here is a list from my friend Reb (I know you'll read this too, but oh well) and I think I'm going to start doing some of these. If anyone's up/in the area/wanting to do the same (not on the individual ones of course) please.let me know. =). Get in your car and start driving, but never plan where you're actually going until you get there. Draw a picture with crayons.
