This is me. I was born in Sri Lanka and trained in the UK. I have a gorgeous son who is in university studying to be a dentist. I have been a midwife since 1981 and worked in the NHS for 25 years, prior to becoming an independent midwife in 2001. In the NHS I supported women from pregnancy to motherhood.
