Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Are you going to San Francisco? Be sure to wear a flower in your hair. At 7:45 am yesterday, we flew to Philly to catch a flight to San Francisco. In the Philly airport. After six hours, we landed at SFO, hailed a cab and checked into the Hilton. View from the hotel. We decided to walk to Dolby to see the area. To do so we passed through the Tenderloin. We didn’t know it at the time, but it is one of the worst areas of San Francisco. A very healthy and cultural Burger King.
