Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Christmas Wrap-up: Part 1. We had a fun and busy Christmas week! Sadie was an angel in the nativity and Brooklyn was a shepherd. Monday, August 31, 2015. Last Reunion of the Summer. A couple weeks ago, we had our last family reunion of the summer. Interestingly, three out of the four family reunions we had were in Island Park. Sunday, July 26, 2015. Relay for Life 2015. I made a cake to celebrate Bill and Cortney's birthday. No one ate it because we had already eaten too many of our sweets that we were selling. Oh well. Sunday, June 28, 2015. Everyone else arrived and we got settled in for bed. The cabin has only one bedroom with a loft, so Steve and Sadie and Brooklyn slept in a tent outside while Emma and I got to sleep in the bedroom. The night was short as Emma was up really early. After breakfast, we went to the lake and spent the day canoeing and kayaking and swimming. I love that I have a good relationship with the Yorks and that they are so kind and accepting of us. Saturday, April 25, 2015. All About Sadie- 6 Years Old. I've had good intentions of writing a post about Sadie ever since her birthday a few months ago. But you know, life happens and sometimes I'm really good at procrastinating. So I'm finally getting around to it. She wears mostly size 6 in clothes. She's pretty skinny so we just cinch up the waist on her bottoms and she's good to go. She's lost 2 teeth so far- both on the bottom. She's really enjoyed the whole tooth fairy thing. I do love a clean house.

Monday, July 28, 2014. Good Ol' Idaho Fun. My dad sent me these pictures of Jace and Brooklyn at the zoo. I think they loved it! My mom sent me these pictures of the girls playing baseball with Dave and swimming in the kiddie pool. Dave even did Sadie's hair in a ponytail. What a good grandpa! The girls had to pose for one more picture with their face paint before they had to wash it off. Sadie's ponytail, complete with a rope tied in a knot for an elastic. Yep, that's my husband!
