Silver Linings →. April 17, 2013. My Garmin watch is stopped at 25.74 miles. That’s how far I made it in this year’s Boston Marathon. Another year, another blog post about how the race didn’t turn out as expected. But this time it’s far more devastating and heart wrenching than I could ever imagine last year, when all I was doing was moaning about the crazy hot weather. In fact, I’ve written a few pieces for Daily Burn. Including my favorite White Bean and Roasted Red Pepper Crostini [ recipe]. Makes 20 muffins, or 40 mini-muffins. 3 medium ripe bananas [frozen bananas work well, just make sure you let them thaw]. 1 53oz container banana Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup canola oil. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
