MBSR - Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction. Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a tried and tested method developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and used successfully for a wide range of patients in a hospital setting within the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre, USA for over 30 years.
