Ideas (thoughtful and less so). February 23, 2009 @ 10:21 pm. 183; { random. As I face important choices, as I am overwhelmed by responsibility, as I realize that I am sorely lacking in good decision-making skills, there are many, many times that I want to just escape, in many ways. Of course, there’s the feeling that physically escaping the situations will make it better, the desire to just. But that’s unproductive. And then, the need to escape back in time a few years. 1 Comment ». 183; { TrackBack.

Ideas (thoughtful and less so). January 12, 2009 @ 4:45 pm. 183; { future. As I make important decisions about my future, I’m excited, but also sad about the doors that are closed once I choose one to go through. Before making a decision, it feels like there are infinite amazing possibilities out there. I can only choose one, and I’ve chosen what I think is the best compromise between what I want the most and what is most practical. However, as I make my plans, I am incredibly sad about the things I.

Fields of Gold: December 2009

Friday, December 25, 2009. I stand alone before an empty pit. Imagining a time still yet to come. An act of wonder sewn up bit by bit. I stand alone and hear the spirits hum. And then soft steps like cadence of a drum. The Rest behind me all in rapture breath. The time has come for ballads to be sung. I’m standing there again but it’s a dream. My goal today be loud and proper speak. Again I stand alone what will they think. I freeze to let my words form lasting beats. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Saturday, November 12, 2011. Ryan Shupe and The Rubberband). When you cry be sure to dry your eyes. Cause better days are sure to come. And when you smile be sure to smile wide. Don't let them know that they have won. And when you walk, walk with pride. Don't show the hurt inside. Because the pain will soon be gone. And when you dream, dream big. As big as the ocean blue. Cause when you dream it might come true. When you dream, dream big. When you laugh be sure to laugh out loud. To help you carry on.

Saturday, October 24, 2009. What Kind of Man is This? Based on the Story of Jesus Calming the Winds. By Traci Van Deventer. A boat at night all quiet and calm,. Four men do sit and steer,. They’re with the Man called Blessed One,. No angst, nor grief, but fear. A fear that is unknown to them,. Until the moment’s done,. Like foxes on a hunting day,. Safe till time to run. They left behind a hill of men,. Of whom had come to see,. The peace and joy of Jesus Christ,. But what is yet to be? I read a book.

Wednesday, May 30, 2012. The heart is a complicated organ. A lot more intricate and complex than you would think. When a Paramedic responds to someone who is having 'heart problems', a 12 lead is done to see a picture of their heart and what it is doing electrical wise. Here is a copy of a 12 lead. Looks fun, right? This is what I am learning this summer. Cardiology. How to understand the heart. While horrifically hard and long, what an experience. I priase you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;.

Saturday, July 18, 2009. Eyes of the Heart. The physical can be so blind. The innocent can be so wise. It's not about black or white. This is wrong or right. Can you take a stranger. And treat him like your brother. Love don't start with the eyes. Starts with the heart. Look deep down inside. In all that you have a chance. To make a choice, to make a change. So make the choice to look with the eyes of your heart. The light of love will lead the way. In the eyes of a child. We're all the same. Subscribe t...
