Rainier Review: Wallace Falls Hike

Saturday, May 22, 2010. On Sunday after the party and the other hike, Indira and I went for a hike at Wallace Falls State Park. It's a lovely hike and pretty close to Seattle. It starts off pretty flat for about a mile and then starts its upwards climb of 1200ft over the next 2 miles. Roundtrip was 6 miles and a time of 2.5 hours. Starting out in the woods. Stopping for a quick picture. And again so I can point at shit and look crazy. Lower falls (with upper falls in the background). I was pretty tired.

We headed back down, retracing our steps back down to our car. Monday, January 5, 2009. More Skiing Pictures / Video. Here are the pictures my co-worker Betsy took and a short video of my heading downhill. This was pretty early in the day so I was still a bit shaky. I was able to ski down this part pretty well by the end of the day. All ready to go! Looking back out to the front.
