艾菲係個懶煮正餐嘅媽媽，但甜品零食呢就出奇地有心機研究，皆因屋企有米高同燒腩仔兩個甜品控，無論正餐食到有幾飽都好，聽到有甜品食一定食得落兼爭食，所以為咗滿足佢哋嘅胃，艾菲一得閒就會整D好嘢畀佢哋食。首先介紹個正氣D嘅甜品先，小朋友成日一咳就唔斷尾，真係聽見都心痛，除咗靠睇醫生食咳水之外，艾菲都會試吓食療，雖然成效唔係好顯著，但幫輕吓舒緩吓都好吖，呢個川貝燉雪梨就係其中一樣艾菲會試嘅，先將雪梨頂切開，然後用匙將雪梨芯挖走，之後放少量磨成粉嘅川貝（用攪拌機個乾磨打就OK），同一粒仔冰糖入去，再將雪梨頂用牙簽固定返落個身到，放燉盅燉45分鐘就食得，製成品甜甜地都幾好味㗎，至少燒腩仔唔會抗拒先啦﹗. 燒腩仔除咗係甜品控亦係一個蛋控，無論係炒蛋，煎蛋，蒸蛋定烚蛋，佢都好可以食唔停口，所以見佢無扭計，專登趁佢返咗學快手整呢個滑滑鮮奶燉蛋，等佢放學返來有得食，材料同造法係參考簡易食譜嘅超滑的鮮奶燉蛋. 65292;基本上將全部料撈勻就蒸得食得，絕對係easy job﹗. 瞓覺方面嘅最大轉變，就係媽媽終於的起心肝加插睡前說故事時間，我每晚可以自己揀兩本書入房畀媽媽講（其中一...早一晚知道有得去迪士尼&#65292...
