As a complete noob to the performing arts scene I don’t have any authority to write a review, except my own feelings throughout. The Shed is very small “intimate” venue so you get to see and hear everything up close; it was a gripping show with effective use of monologues. It was snowing so much, I thought Iceland should be renamed Snowland. In response to that, the blizzard turned to hail. Iceland’s weather is probably set by a slot machine that spins every 10 minutes or so, which is why we experienced sun-wind-rain-snow-hail-sleet in the same hour. J and I were the typical tourists, making Reykjavik our base from which we took tours to see Iceland’s famous geological sights. The sleekest cathedral in the world? Icelandic horses along the road. South Coast and Glacier Walk.

Q: How do you put a camel in the fridge? The Moroccan version of a classic extended joke, as told to us sitting on a sand dune under the starlight.
