We left Kelso at 7:30 this morning, stopped for fuel and a break and arrived in Port Angeles about 12:30 We stopped and did some shopping and picked up some groceries at Wallmart. Thursday, March 10, 2011. Here we sit in the shade of a Palo Verde tree along the banks of the Colorado River. The temperature is about 87F, but I have been keeping hydrated with some of Mr Buds product since the temp hit 72F (that is my time to start Happy Hour) We decided this morning to stay here at Buckskin Mtn State Park another day. Tuesday, March 8, 2011. A few days have gone by since we arrived in Yuma, we have been fairly busy visiting friends, checking out the market places and looking around in general. The weather has been hot (from 77F to 87F today) The picture on the top is the lot we are on show the little casita behind our rig. The RV sites rent for around $300 per month (some include power some charge for it). We went to visit Karen and Brian Wells. They were our neighbours for 2 years. The are from Grand Prairie.

Sunday, March 20, 2011. This morning we went to Oatman, which is about 20 miles from the Avi. Christina brough a bag of carrotts, so she was soon the best friend of every donkey in Oatman. We did some shopping in Bullhead City, checked out the Factory Outlet in Laughlin, and then went back to the RV park. Friday nite is the seafood buffet night at the Avi , so thats what we did. The food was great, I had a bucket full of snow crab. The T-shirt was one I saw at Oatman, should have bought it.

Monday, March 14, 2011. A very busy day today. We caught the 1030 Shuttle that runs from Sams Town to the Riviera and Harrahs, we got off at Harrahs and started walking up "the Strip" We ducked into serveral Hotel/Casino's. The first pic is us at Ceasars Palace. Lunch at Hard Rock cafe. Betty and Christina went to the top of the Eiffel Tower, it is a 1/2 replica. Saturday, January 29, 2011. Its been fairly quite around here the last few days, just enjoying the sunny warm weather. Yesterday Betty and I went into Quartzsite to do some shopping and buy some more things that we didn't need.
