Friday, March 16, 2012. 21 Day Easy Diet Week 2. It's been TWO weeks! Pounds lost: 3.2. I can't say that it has been fun. It definitely has not. But I feel like I'm on my way. The scale is teetering down and that is good enough for me! Here's what I am doing:. Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) at every meal,. No carbs at night. Good sugar (fruit, stevia) before lunch. Limiting sugar intake 25 g/day. Protein, Carbs, MUFA at every meal except dinner. At least 2 x per week cardio (running or cycling).

Monday, March 15, 2010. Lots of News of is Good News. We had a very eventful weekend! We are finally grown ups! Also, on Monday, we had an ultrasound and we found out we are having a BOY! Sunday, September 25, 2011. Going, going, going. This month has gone by so fast! It started with a 10 day vacation to Idaho (Emmett) and Las Vegas. Dallin had a medical conference in Vegas so when he was just about done we met him there and then continued all the way to Idaho. It was a loooong drive and the kids were totally stir crazy by the time we got there but it was worth it. We got to see one of Dallin's brothers and fam that we hadn't seen in years! We also enjoyed some fabulous home cooked meals ...

Wednesday, August 17, 2011. For some reason I can't get over thinking about this last labor and delivery. Something just didn't seem very "natural" to me about any of it. I'm not sure what I was expecting. but something better than lying down on a bed enduring contraction after contraction. I guess my struggle was with the IV. Is it really necessary? Back to the documentary - most countries use midwives for the entire process, from pregnancy all the way through to delivery. It looked so natural. ...My OB...
