Week 1 – Born Anew…? If I remember right, giving birth to my children was not an easy process. But as I have struggled this week with the course I have set for myself with the help of the MKMMA process, I wonder if re-birth is not more difficult. How did I get here? I feel like I have been a deep sleep and just woken up. I have asked myself many times this week, the “How did I get here” question.
