After doing evening gongyo at SCC, i went down to Jurong regional library on Wednesday for Sensei's photo exhibition. The photos mostly depicted the vast beauty of nature and they were truly great eye candies.haa. There was one particular photo that caught my attention - It was full of white cherry trees, in stark contrast with the leaves of myriad colours in the background. Posted by PC @. A little stress serves to challenge and motivate, while an excessive amount may lead to frustration and more often than not, depression. I understand that the ASD ppl are in the midst of preparing for their exams and everyone is experiencing varying degrees of anxiety. There is also the nagging fear of failure and many other unpleasant outcomes conjured up by the imaginative brain.

When a movie is first shown, it's a TV premiere, then later it becomes an encore telecast or back by popular demand ( Sunday Prime movie). After 1 or 2 years, it becomes a blockbuster movie, then eventually becomes Monday mega movie, which will be repeated again and again. I think i watched the movie broken arrow like 4 times? Stargate and speed like 3times?
