Sunday, April 22, 2007. Did You Know I'm Korean? Party People All Around. Mama, tamen shi shenme ren? Mom, where are those people from? Haven't been up to much lately, just a few birthday parties and end-of-week parties. A few weeks ago our recently arrived French teacher had a birthday, and we went to the night market for dinner before Allyssa and I split off for the club. All the little things that get on my nerves, like ineptitude, arbitrariness, stupid rules, hierarchies, and problems arising from a simple lack of communication, came together for one horrific experience. The student felt a bit afraid and losing face, and she agreed. I hope she will not disturb you any more. If she does, please let me know as soon as possible.
