Tuesday, September 27, 2011. So we made a list this morning while waiting for the bus of "Morgan's Questions for the Bone Doctor." On it was, "Can I ride my bike? I asked if she wanted to add "playground" to that list, but she said she's already doing that, so why would she ask. Sunday, July 1, 2012. Last week Kevin and I celebrated our 10th anniversary. It's hard to believe. Boy, we were young! As I look back at that day, there is one thing I would have done differently. If I had the boisterous personality of my children (or my siblings for that matter), I would have given a speech at the wedding thanking everyone for coming, from us, personally. Sunday, June 17, 2012. I couldn't be more excited to start summer. It was a tough end of the school year and I'm so looking forward to time with the kids! Sunday, July 14, 2013. 2103 has been quite a year for the McLean Family. Morgan has finished up first grade and will be going into second grade in the Fall. She has played a slew of different sports throughout the year and continues to love to try them all. She has done very well in her Irish Step Dancing, placing 2 first places, 1 second place and 1 third in her final Feis of the year. Connor has a personality all his own - he's complete boy and that's just so fun for us! Where the red hair comes from!

Thursday, January 3, 2013. Christmas and New Years - as usual - must have gone by in "ludicrous" speed.yes, I took that from Spaceballs (the movie)! Ryan, Ali, Luke, Nolan and Uncle Bob all came on from DC to spend the week with us. Auntie Annie came from South Boston. Saturday, January 7, 2012. Please see Sprague Family Drama (Kevin's sisters blog) to see pictures and the whole adventure of Christmas in Seattle from start to finish! I only will add that the kids were amazing on the plane and amazing adjusting to the time change. Future world travelers, I think! Also, Connor figured out how to crawl while we were in Poulsbo! He tried a lot at home, but never quite got the hang of it, so it was quite exciting to see him do it for everyone! And Happy New Year!

Saturday, September 22, 2012. Yes, it's that time of year again! Fall has officially begun and I must say I'm excited! Around here, school is not the only thing that's begun. so has soccer, swim lessons, Irish Step Dancing, and school for the first time for Connor and once again for Maddie. They both love it and have adjusted well! Right now it's only spelling, math worksheets, but she's reading on her own - Judy Moody Gets Famous. It's going to be a great (and busy) fall! 3 days a week - of soccer!
