My kids, My diet, My life. May 28, 2012. This is a picture of my good friend, Kristin, and I at Disney in November. I was probably 190-195 pounds in that picture. On April 15, I stepped on the scale before church and promptly burst into tears. I was the highest weight that I can ever remember being. My kids, My diet, My life. May 29, 2012. Because I have so much weight to lose, I started the new Atkins diet in “Induction”. It is starting off with 20 net carbs per day, but 12-15 of those net carbs should come from foundation vegetables. I will post some of my daily plans and recipes that I try… and link to the sites that I find interesting🙂. My kids, My diet, My life. My Lemon Cream Sauce. May 29, 2012. I forgot to take a picture! I am so sorry! Next time I will though🙂. 1 1/2 tsps garlic. 8 oz Sour Cream. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 2 tbsps cream cheese. Melt the butter on low heat… add in the garlic… simmer until fragrant. Add in the sour cream… mix until blended. Add in lemon juice and cream cheese… stir until few (or no) lumps. Remove from heat (will thicken slightly). Nutrition summary for a 2 tbsp serving:. My kids, My diet, My life. First “Test”. May 30, 2012. The first “test” for my diet came when my wonderful, amazing, handsome husband took me to Disney for 4 days for our 20th wedding anniversary. At this point, I had gone from 20 net carbs per day up to 25 net carbs per day. Honestly, for those few days, I just made the best choices I could. My weigh in day came… and woo hoo!
