Monday, August 5, 2013. It's a big day here at our house. Jackson has his very first day of school. In true sappy momma style I had a flood of emotions wash over me in the last week. From excitement for him, sadness over him being gone all day and fear over the kids being kind because of his new glasses (another post in itself). Done gushing for now:. Kindergarten pictures of our boy. This one is technically so off but, this picture is everything that. Is my boy. So it is absolutely perfect in my eyes.

Tuesday, July 2, 2013. Rice cereal but, still the cuteness is out of control. She loved it. Then spit it up, then ate some more. Yes, three videos of her eating. I love it. Let the fun begin! Months 3 and 4. This whole every two months thing is looking like a theme. Poor second child. ;p. With Jack we went to the pediatrician monthly. Heck most months more than once. Tis' life with a premie I guess. So this whole "see you in two months" thing still seems kind of weird but, I like it a lot. Months 3 and 4.

Monday, January 14, 2013. Lena update. 26w-32w. Things have certainly progressed and grown (my belly) these last 7 weeks. We are pretty ready for Miss Lena although we would love for her to give us another 5 or so weeks. Our friends and family spoiled her rotten and her little space is all ready for her arrival (see last post). It's quickly becoming one of my favorite spaces to daydream. I am so ready to be done with these bad boys! And just so you can all see how stinking cute the big brother to be is.

Stellan and his family are in my thoughts and prayers today.stellan's in surgery now. i just wanted to let you know im praying so hard on their behalf.its a really heartbreaking story and touches me even more so (and you too im sure) b/c we have little boys around the same age as stellan. im wearing orange today and will not stop praying until that baby boy is healed! We did take a day trip to Charleston on Friday and had a blast. Charleston for the Pierces is all about good beach and even better food.
