In our house we strive to eat gluten-free (GF), dairy-free (DF) and soy-free (SF) in order to accomodate both my own and the boy's food allergies and intolerances. The boy is on a dairy-free, soy-free diet in order to control his eczema (which I also suffer from), and his tolerance to gluten is still uncertain.
