Wednesday, March 6, 2013. We are all off for the day. The kids and hubby are outside playing and I am inside preparing a delicious breakfast to warm their souls when they come in. Chocolate pancakes are on the menu. I thought I would share the recipe so you could treat your loved ones. Hope you enjoy! 3 tsp baking powder. 1 cup sugar ( or less to taste). 4 tsp butter, melted. 4-6 tsp cocoa (I use 5). Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and stir only until mixed.
