Thursday, October 18, 2012. Here is a neat little recipe I just tried out last week. Great for something quick and tasty! Ingredients are as follows. One packet of Italian seasoning. Two can's of biscuits. Two packs of pepperonis. Shredded (or sliced) cheese. Non stick cooking spray. After they have about 5 minutes to cool take and brush a light coating of melted butter (i use water) on top and sprinkle the Italian seasoning on top! Serve on a plate with the pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!

Saturday, September 15, 2012. As a child, I used to eat peanut butter balls. I loved them. Recently I had a craving for them. After going through my trusty family recipe book, I realized that they aren't there! After a few phone calls, and Facebook posts to family members, I still cannot figure out who made them. This makes me sad. But I remembered the basics of what was in them, and I experimented until I came up with these. They taste just like I remember. If you make these, let me know what you think!
