Montgomery County Housing Authority. North Hills and Crest. THE UNIT MUST PASS INSPECTION ANNUALLY WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME OR HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS WILL STOP! No peeling or chipping paint inside or outside the unit. There must be a refrigerator (supplied by tenant or landlord) and cooking stove (supplied by landlord) which are clean and in working order. There must be an installed heating system that works and adequately heats the unit. There must not be any missing, broken or cracked windows.
