I wasn’t sure whether to call this the ethos page, the philosophy page or the why-we-do-what-we-do-how-we-do-what-we-do-page. Then I realised, nobody cares, so I just got on with it. We are about two things: having fun, and being effective. After years of brain-washing and dodgy marketing, it can be difficult for the lay-person to make good decisions and know exactly what to do. We didn’t arrive at our set-up and class style by chance. We do it because it works. That depends on what you think of course!

THIS IS WHERE IT’S AT! All of our sessions are held in The Health Club at Le Meridien Piccadilly. This is not your average gym. To be honest, I hate most gyms. Odd for a trainer perhaps, but with “mindless” crowds pounding treadmills, floor space wasted by hoards of machines and hundreds of people doing the wrong thing and doing it incorrectly – that’s not where I like to spend my time. We run nine different classes, all explained below. All our classes are 30-minutes long, have a maximum of three participants and can handle all ability levels. They are all painstakingly designed and tested for practicality, do-ability, and effectiveness. You can take them as a one-off, drop-in kind-of-thing. Or you can come regularly and experience the full programme design. THIS IS HOW YOU REALLY TRAIN FOR A BETTER BODY. Each class runs a consistent programme for a calender month. Did you crawl out?

WHO TELLS ME WHAT TO DO? We do We are personal trainers Tom Whelan and Tamsyn Naylor. If you book into any of our classes, one of us will be at the ready with all sorts of positions to put you in. Actually it’s only a little about Tom, but here goes anyway. Tom is a personal trainer. He has been one for 10 years now. Before that, there was a Sports and Exercise Degree where he really had time to master the intricacies of Poker. So reading this and coming to. Tom lives in London, which is in England.
