This was a random creation the other day, but i happened to write down what i put in it. it may not be exact, but it will be close! 1 can coconut milk(not lite). 1 cup cooked pumpkin. 1 cup water(could use stock for more flavor). 1/4 cup leftover hummus(recipe below). Mild curry powder to taste. Serve with crackers or crusty bread. 1 can garbanzo beans.
