No, Not La Virgen Guadalupe. A nickname from high school). Tuesday, April 03, 2007. We lika do da cha cha. OK, so with the xbox 360 you can download demos of the games without actually having to buy them. Very cool feature. So Wifey and I downloaded the demo for a game called "Viva Piñata." It's really a kids game, although it's kinda complicated. Actually, with kids these days, I wouldn't be surprised if a 5 year old could learn how to play faster than me. I must admit, I did too.). 2) Omelettes. Ev...

No, Not La Virgen Guadalupe. A nickname from high school). Sunday, April 23, 2006. Quote of the day. This one is from "Everybody Loves Raymond." Raymond convinces his wife to let him stay home to work on a book while she takes the kids on a camping trip. She warns him that if he doesn't work, she will hurt him. So, of course she comes home a day early, and he walks in the door a few minutes later with his golf clubs in hand. Raymond: Listen, I know exactly what you're thinking. Deborah: Oh, really?

No, Not La Virgen Guadalupe. A nickname from high school). Friday, April 21, 2006. This is from a comedian named Mencia. M: So I heard they wanted to ship all the illegal immigrants out of the country,. Get all the mexicans back to Mexico, then build a wall to. Keep them there. Right, ok, so who's gonna build the wall? How did they get these video games that turned them into the mindless zombies that will imitate the fantasy that they see on the tv screen? So moral of the stories boys and girls. I guess ...

Muum's Musings: Tomatoes -what kind are YOU growing this year?
http://muumsmusings.blogspot.com/2013/09/tomatoes-what-kind-are-you-growing-this.html
Monday, September 23, 2013. Tomatoes -what kind are YOU growing this year? Tomatoes are the most popular vegetable crop grown by the home gardener, and for good reason. They are easy to grow, and delicious! This year I tried a few new varieties, as well as some family favorites. This one is called 'Green Zebra.'. It is an odd variety, and I didn't realize at first that it was ripe. You can see why. Green Zebras can ripen to a more yellow/green color than the ones I've shown here. View my complete profile.

We won't talk about the last several months I've 'missed' on this blog, either. The excuses are lame and the reality. Is too embarrassing for words.). But I digress. I enjoyed a recent story about a brave woman from Montana who defended her home, and saved her dog, with the most humble of vegetables, yes,. You guessed it, an overgrown zucchini!

Saturday, October 22, 2011. From my kitchen window, I've been enjoying the color of the Virginia creeper. Then I heard some rustling, and saw a bird eating the berries. Muum's Musings: Yellow tomatoes
http://muumsmusings.blogspot.com/2013/09/yellow-tomatoes.html
Tuesday, September 24, 2013. I am trying out Hawaiian Pineapple this year. It is a beefsteak type tomato, which has been a good size for slicing. Mine tend to have cracks, as you can see. It is flavorful and a good producer this year in my garden, with some tendency to have disease (fusillarium or verticillium) but not terrible. And how many tomatoes can you grow that are 'school bus yellow? Both yellows are yum-tastic, and I'll grow them again next year, I think. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
