Gone but not forgotten. April 1, 2009. I haven't written a blog entry or uploaded pictures in forever. With facebook, twitter, flickr and all the other online communities that have come to life in the past few years the blog and personal picture archive have become mostly extinct. It was a good run while it lasted and I'm going to leave my site and photo gallery up but there are no future updates planned from me. I'm on most social media sites so please look me up if you haven't already and say hello.

December 21, 2006. I've been running Windows Vista for just over a 30 days now. How I know this is that Microsoft is nice enough to let you run it for 30 days without activating. It has taken a while for the PO to get approved to purchase licenses, so when 30 days ran out I received this error message. When I logged in, I received a new dialog box. How is it that most Internet Cafes can lock down their systems so that you can't access the file system or a command prompt, but Microsoft can't figure it out?

April 3, 2007. Apparently spring has sprung. This past weekend was the first in forever without rain, and it was also the first weekend I've worked 15 hours every day since summer. I slept like the dead last night, and am ready to head to dodgeball tonight. What I've been up to:. Our team is in 2nd place with a very respectable 27 and 3 record. I'm pretty sure we lead the league in headshots as well, which isn't intentional, but is pretty sweet. That I can get playoff tickets. Gone but not forgotten.

September 25, 2006. I was given my Great Uncle Doug's desk a few weeks ago, and just completed refinishing it.
