Martin's Virtual Nothingness. September 15, 2010. Big “bird” at Helsinki-Vantaa. I couldn’t resist going to have a look at the Lufthansa Airbus A380 visiting Helsinki-Vantaa. An impressive sight, never seen one start before. Took a few pics of other planes at the same time. The A380 before takeoff. Didn’t catch it getting airborne on film. Crowd waiting for the A380 to take off. I guess this can be a MD80. Not part of the Finnair fleet anyway. I like the lights in the windows in this one.
