Expectations - Moving On

What we expect…. The Young Person will have due consideration for others with regard to noise, nuisance and mess. The Young Person will make their best efforts to actively take part in their Moving On care package (including attending meetings with their outreach worker). The Young Person will keep appointments, but where this is not possible will make sure that apologies are sent and received. The Young Person will strive NOT to break the law.

To be completed by the Social Worker together with the Young Person. Once completed please return to Moving On Head Office. You can download the application form. And return to us by email (info@movingonltd.com), by post or by fax. Common Referral Forms are accepted. Moving On interviews all young people prior to accepting them onto the project (this is to outline the expectations of the project and to ensure that the project can meet a young person’s needs).

Moving On aims to provide advice, general help and moral support, financial assistance and assistance for training and education. Moving On aims to provide the support to help the young person to adjust from adolescence to adulthood and to enable them to live independently for the first time.
