Symptom: Some time after opening Firefox and my usual plethora of tabs, Firefox would stop making new connections to websites. It'd sit there trying to load, and eventually time out. So, I finally bought the makings of a new computer to replace 'metal,' the venerable machine that eventually was haunted by the Ghost. Of Jack Daniel. (The rest of the details I'll have to tell another time.). Edit: Here's part of the story. Anyway, this soldier is being retired, and a new machine is coming in its place. And, I think I've finally settled on a name for it: Elysium. So is Elysium a good name for my new box?
