I think it is completely appalling and outrageous that just the name of an author would affect people’s opinions on the validity of someone’s writing. However, Armstrong’s study shows that this is very much the case and so I think it is our duty to reach out to solve this problem through blogging instead of avoiding it to fix a huge problem with a temporary solution.
