We are the Pittsburgh North Chapter of the Mrs. Claus Club. Our non-profit organization is dedicated to bringing comfort to local women and men undergoing cancer treatment. Each member of our Board has seen someone close to them struggle with cancer and, after seeing the other chapters' successes, has been inspired to act. When battling cancer, even on good days the mirror will give a woman a painful reminder of their struggle. Our basic goal is to make sure they realize they are not alone and to provide some sense of normalcy during this difficult time, even if only cosmetic.

Been Playing Muffins Again! 1 3/4 cups chickpea (garbanzo) flour. 1 tsp guar gum. 3 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1 T dried parsley. 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 1/4 cups milk.
