Biking as an adult, knowing the danger, I don’t know, I think I’m a little afraid. So I haven’t been doing much biking. I make excuses. I do other stuff. I really hate shifting. It feels weird, it sounds weird. Cars are scary. The music was inspiring and the giant tour of San Francisco kept my eyes satisfied....

Firstly - my apologies about my complete lack of blogging.life got in the way but I am going to try and be a bit more regular.so update on life. January saw my weight peak at 252.8 FUCK! Crazy shit I say! So I started eating healthy, moving more and am down to 230.00 not bad but I WANT more! I take my meds daily which is good. What am I doing wrong?

First, I split my breakfast into two so that I had half at the regular time and half later. This worked yesterday and it worked a bit differently today. Second, I packed “mini meals” for the day.
