Wednesday, August 1, 2012. You expect me to believe these fairy tales? Ah, the look on her face here just cracks me up! Sarah loves to climb up into the rocking chair in her room and look at books. She only looks at each book for a maximum of 15 seconds before she tosses one and reaches for another, so there is always a big pile of books on her floor when she is done. Sunday, April 11, 2010. Day 5 - Speedboat Tour and Sea Kayaking. Day 5 was even more of an adventure than Day4, if you can believe it. Looking at these pictures now, I can hardly believe all we did. The tour also included snorkeling near Kai Island, which is surrounded by coral reefs filled with colorful fish. That was my favorite part. I had never snorkeled in water so clear. Friday, November 12, 2010. The fall leaves have been beautiful this month. Last week I went on a walk through our neighborhood, up to the mountain trail. I brought my camera along and snapped a few pictures. Enjoy! I love the fan-shape of the Ginkgo leaves. Cute 'ajummas' (older women) out for a walk. As they passed me, they smiled at me and said, "Ah, yi-pu-dah! My blond hair and blue eyes bring me much praise in this country. I'm used to it now, but it's still funny to me.
